Didsbury Wellness Challenge is well underway!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Didsbury Wellness Challenge registration nights!  The response from community members has been outstanding and has exceeded our expectations.  Great participation makes for a great program! 

Here we are well into the program and we know each of you is working hard on the weekly challenges.  Please visit the main 2012 Wellness Challenge webpage regularly for forms, weekly challenge summaries, and recipes to try.

In addition to the speaker series and Taste of Fitness each week, remember to take advantage of the complimentary Zumba Fitness classes Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm, from March 15 to May 24 (no class May 10). 

Free childcare for Tuesday and Thursday evenings will be provided by qualified childcare workers from the Didsbury Out of School Care (DOSCA) program.
