Orange Glazed Salmon 

1 orange, washed and juiced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp canola oil
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces

In a small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, brown sugar, canola oil and red pepper flakes.  Arrange salmon in a dish just big enough to hold fillet and pour orange juice mixture over salmon.  Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning salmon once to distribute flavours.  Discard marinade.  Bake salmon at 400F for 5 minutes per side or until salmon flakes easily.
